Racing

HOEOCA's Racing programme is currently organised by David Reed, Commodore, and depending on the year includes

  • Sunsail Regattas (Round the Cans Racing in the Solent)
  • Round the Island Race
  • Mini Inshore Series
  • Rolex Fastnet Race (every other year)
  • RORC Racing

Race Weekends

Weekend racing is a popular way of getting members out on the water to experience the thrill of yacht racing. It's also a great way to test your oilies and experience some heavier weather sailing in the relative shelter of the Solent during the Spring and Autumn.
